We have put together a few tips and tricks in order to ensure that you always know exactly how to care for your watch, whether that be regular servicing by a Patek Philippe trained and certified watchmaker, or a little bit of gentle at home maintenance.

Complimentary Deliveries
All our deliveries are free of charge and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver UK orders within 1 - 3 working days and international orders within 3 - 5 working days.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic identification is required. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Alternative Delivery Address
You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.
Delivery times
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to arrive 24 hours after dispatch during the working week. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.

Customer protection is important to us, therefore orders may be subject to security checks. This may cause a slight delay in the processing of some orders. We may need to contact you to carry out security checks - if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.

All prices on our website and our brochures are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include value added tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate. Please note that your payment card will also be debited in pounds sterling.
Should you enter a valid delivery address outside the European Union, we will display the item price excluding VAT and this price will be finalised before the transaction.
As soon as we have confirmation that your piece of jewellery has been collected we will get in touch with you to advise an estimated delivery date. Please note that any delivery times given can only be approximate and will depend on availability of courier services and customs clearance at the point of import.
Our items are sold on the basis that we do not pay any import taxes or duties payable on any Products. Recipients outside the EU who may have to pay import duty or other taxes will be separately liable for these duties and taxes. Boodles cannot be held responsible for any such charges. Please familiarise yourself with any local charges applicable to you before placing your order.

Complimentary Insurance
At Boodles, we want you to enjoy your new jewellery with complete confidence. That’s why we provide complimentary insurance for UK customers 14 days after purchase—whether you shop in our showrooms or online. For in-store purchases, cover begins on the day you take your jewellery home. For online orders, your 14 days of cover starts from the day you receive your piece, as Boodles insurance also protects your purchase during delivery.
Complimentary insurance is available to UK customers only and covers loss, theft, and accidental damage for 14 days after purchase in our showrooms or from the date of delivery for online orders. Full terms and conditions apply.
All of our bags, ecommerce packaging and brochures now use fully recyclable, FSC certified paper.
