The Argyle Pink Diamonds™ Brand at Boodles

A new chapter for one of the world’s most celebrated diamond brands

For more than 25 years, Boodles has shared a close connection with Argyle pink diamonds. Today, that relationship enters a new chapter. Entrusted with the last remaining diamonds and the future of the brand, Boodles is proud to be incorporating these exceptionally rare and beautiful gemstones into upcoming collections.

The rarity of Argyle pink diamonds

Argyle pink diamonds are among the rarest and most sought-after diamonds in the world, celebrated for their distinctive colour and exceptional scarcity. The Argyle mine in Western Australia was the world’s most significant source of pink diamonds, producing more than 90% of global supply. Following its closure in 2020, their availability became finite, making these remaining stones incredibly rare. Argyle was also known for exceptionally rare red, blue and violet diamonds.

“We are honoured to be entrusted with the future of the Argyle Pink Diamonds™ brand. Boodles has a longstanding appreciation for these exceptionally rare Australian gemstones, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with the brand and sharing the beauty and rarity of Argyle pink diamonds with clients around the world.”

Jody Wainwright, Boodles Managing Director

As a sixth-generation, family-owned British jeweller, Boodles has a longstanding appreciation for exceptional gemstones and the role they play in jewellery design. The remaining Argyle pink diamonds will form part of Boodles’ 2027 High Jewellery collection, celebrating their rarity, beauty and provenance.

Continuing the Boodles connection

A relationship built over generations

Boodles first began purchasing Argyle pink diamonds in 1998, beginning a relationship that has continued for more than two decades. The distinctive pink hue has become an important part of the Boodles design language, inspiring some of the brand’s most memorable creations, including pieces from the iconic Raindance collection.
