The Gazelle
Sleek, swift and surefooted, the gazelle is one of the fastest creatures on the savanna, as well as perhaps the most graceful. Inspired by the long, curved horns of the distinctive looking male ‘Thomson’, we’ve created a suite of rings and earrings featuring diamonds and mandarin garnets. Look closely and you’ll also see we’ve alternated the mandarin garnets and diamonds across the earring pair, so one forms the flip of the other.

The Gazelle
The Gazelle Earrings
Long swirling earrings with one of the pair featuring pear shaped mandarin garnets and brilliant cut diamonds, whilst the other complementing it with the exact opposite use of colour in perfect harmony
“The Gazelle Earrings are inspired by the antlers and have a spiral of diamonds and mandarin garnets on one pair, and on another pair, it has cognac diamonds. Each pair is intended to be alternate, and there's some really beautiful texture on the inside.”
The Gazelle Rings
Two striking rings take inspiration from the elegant curves of a gazelle’s horns. One features an oval-shaped mandarin garnet paired with a white diamond, set in yellow gold; the other, a harmonious contrast, showcases an oval-shaped cognac diamond alongside a white diamond, set in rose gold.
Around Africa in 10 Days
In October 2024, Boodles President Nicholas Wainwright and his niece Honour set off on an unforgettable adventure within Africa, a journey that would go on to inspire our latest High Jewellery collection. From boarding the Blue Train in South Africa to soaring over the Maasai Mara in a hot air balloon, they travelled in search of extraordinary gemstones, design inspiration and a little Boodles magic. Along the way, they met craftspeople, visited communities that are supported by our charity partner Just a Drop, and immersed themselves in the colours, culture and wildlife of this remarkable continent. Join us as we retrace their footsteps and discover the stories behind the jewels.
Behind The Design
The making of Around Africa in 10 days, took years to create. Join us as we take a look at the processes behind these intricate jewellery designs.
