Boodles is pleased to offer a 10% US baseline tariff refund to customers residing in the United States who make jewellery purchases at Boodles. This refund applies exclusively to jewellery items and does not extend to watches or any other non-jewellery products. This offer applies to any orders placed on or after 3rd November 2025.

To qualify for the refund, customers must be resident in the United States at the time of purchase. The refund applies solely to the 10% US baseline tariff and does not include any additional import duties, taxes or charges that may be levied as part of the import process. The 10% refund will be processed once the purchased item has been delivered. Following delivery, our online team will contact you via onlineteam@boodles.com to arrange your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and will be calculated based on the value of the jewellery excluding VAT.

Boodles reserves the right to request proof of United States residency before issuing the refund. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
