Our Story
A Family Business
We have grown as a business, but our ideals have not changed in two centuries. We remain family-owned and run, with a team of directors who are entrepreneurial, people-focused and fully involved in the business. It has been a long and exciting journey – our heritage stretches back more than 200 years – and we would not be where we are now without the dedicated, dynamic people who have worked for us during that time.
Our Values
Boodles is a family company founded in 1798. Throughout our long history, values of honesty, integrity and transparency have been at our core. At Boodles we choose to work closely with only a few select suppliers. Exceptionally designed and crafted jewellery. Our values are centred around honesty and trustworthiness, unparalleled standards of 6 star customer service, traditional charm with a hint of fun and The “Boodles experience.”
Events and Partnerships
Each year we are involved with around 150 events across the UK and overseas, ranging from boutique tennis tournaments, to horse racing, glamorous black tie galas & intimate in-store receptions. At Boodles, events are very much a part of our DNA & one of the many ways in which we form close relationships with our clients.

As a sixth-generation family business, the decisions we make today are of the utmost important for the future of the Boodles brand and will be judged by generations to come. We recognise the importance of our actions on the environment and 2018 marked a turnaround year for Boodles in terms of our approach to sustainability.
Volunteering & Charitable Trusts
Each employee also benefits from our charitable giving scheme, whereby staff can take up to three days paid leave each year to undertake charity work. They can also nominate a charity of their choice to receive a donation of £200.
