The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our Dublin team. This is an opportunity to work with exquisite high jewellery, build lasting relationships with discerning clients, and represent a brand with over 225 years of heritage. Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their lifestyle, preferences, and jewellery needs
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Boodles' 6 Star Standards, demonstrating elegance, professionalism, and a commercial mindset at all times
- Provide expert guidance on our collections, gemstones, and craftsmanship, educating clients with confidence and authority
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement and proactive relationship management
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up with thoughtful, personalised communication
- Collaborate with the wider Boodles team to ensure seamless service and brand consistency
- Representing Boodles at client events and hospitality occasions with poise and eloquence
- Stay informed about jewellery trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end sales
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Passion for fine jewellery and luxury goods
- Right to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Experience in fine jewellery or luxury jewellery retail
- Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewellery craftsmanship
- Existing client relationships in the Dublin area
- Additional language skills
