Shipping & Delivery
Where does Boodles deliver to?

We offer complimentary UK and international delivery. You can find more information here.

What are Boodles’ shipping fees and delivery times?

All our deliveries are complimentary and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver UK orders within 1 - 3 working days and international orders within 2 - 10 working days. Please contact onlineteam@boodles.com and we will be able to help with any questions.

Is my order shipped from the UK?

All our online orders are shipped from the UK.

What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?

Every Boodles order is beautifully packaged in our signature packaging and you have the option to add a gift bag at our checkout too.

Is your packaging sustainable?

All Boodles carry bags are made from FSC-certified paper and are recyclable. In addition, we are introducing a more sustainable packaging alternative for all our jewellery, giving our customers the option to choose the more sustainable option.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses if I purchase several products?

For multiple shipping addresses, please contact our team at onlineteam@boodles.com who will be happy to assist.

Do some pieces have additional lead times?

In the case that a piece needs to be resized, engraved, altered or is out of stock, there may be an additional lead time. Contact onlineteam@boodles.com and we can advise on when you can expect to receive your order.

What payment methods may I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amex, PayPal as well as bank transfers. For further details, please contact our team at onlineteam@boodles.com

How can I check the status of my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible. You can contact us at onlineteam@boodles.com for an update on your order status.

Can I pay later or in several instalments?

We do not currently offer instalment payments online. However, for bespoke pieces, please speak with our team about payment options.

Can I order by phone?

Yes. If you would prefer to place your order by phone (+44) 20 7647 1360, our showroom teams will be delighted to assist you.

What if I cannot see the price of a product?

Depending on availability, prices are available on request. Please contact us for further details.

Can I get an item personalised or engraved?

Many of our designs can be engraved or personalised. Our team would be happy to discuss the options with you.

How many items may I purchase in one order?

There is no set limit to the number of items you can purchase, but if you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Is VAT charged online?

For deliveries in the UK, all prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include value added tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate. You can also shop in Euros and US Dollars. Any applicable duties and taxes will be added to the checkout once you have inputted your delivery address. Please contact onlineteam@boodles.com for further information.

Why haven’t I received an email confirmation?

If you haven't received a confirmation email please don't worry.

Please check your junk/spam folder, and also double check that your have entered your email address correctly. We also recommend adding our confirmation email address onlineteam@boodles.com to your safe address list so that your email provider does not block any HTML emails from your inbox.

If you have used a work email address your IT team may block certain emails from entering your business system. As such, we do advise using a personal email address where possible.

You can also check your order confirmation if you are a registered user, this can be found on the order history page of your account. We are more than happy to help you further either by email, live chat or telephone which can be found here.

How do I change the address for an order?

Will somebody let me know if my item is unavailable?

Our website stock is kept up to date, but if your chosen piece needs to be made especially for you, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm timings.

Exchanges & Returns
How can I return or exchange an item?

We offer a returns and exchanges policy within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying documentation to the showroom they were purchased from.
Purchases made in our Harrods showroom are subject to a 14-day return policy and need to be returned to our Harrods showroom. Please note that online orders can only be returned by courier collection. To arrange your return, please contact onlineteam@boodles.com.

What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?

We offer a returns and exchanges policy within 28 days of purchase for all our jewellery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying documentation to the showroom they were purchased from. How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

As soon as we receive the item back, the refund will be issued within 15 working days.

May I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Of course, items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying documentation and within 28 days of purchase.

How do I choose the right size jewellery?

Finding the perfect fit is essential for both comfort and style. For rings, we recommend visiting a Boodles showroom, where our team will be delighted to measure your finger. What certification bodies do you use for your diamonds?

All our diamonds over 0.70 carats are GIA-certified, and in some cases, IGI and HRD certified. Exceptions may apply to select pieces. Please speak to our team for details on specific stones.

Where are your diamonds and gemstones from?

We source our gemstones responsibly and expect all our suppliers to adhere to our Codes of Conduct (link). We also invest time in understanding our counterparties, particularly our top Tier 1 suppliers, to ensure due diligence. If you would like more information about a particular piece, we would be delighted to assist.

Where do you source your gold?

The only gold being used across all pieces of Boodles jewellery is Single Mine Origin Gold. This unique partnership means we are able to guarantee exactly which small selection of Single Mine Origin approved mines our gold comes from and allows us to follow the positive impact we are having on surrounding communities, such as supporting local schools and creating opportunities for education and employment in rural African communities. Yes, all our gold and platinum jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with British regulations.
