Working out your size
You may already know your ring size, based on a ring you own that is a comfortable fit. If not, you can request one of our free ring sizers here. Another fail-safe way to work out your size is to bring a ring that is worn on the same finger as the one you want to buy into a Boodles boutique and we will measure it for you. Alternatively, visit a local jeweller and ask if they could size your finger.
How to ensure the perfect fit
Fingers tend to be larger at the end of the day, so please bear this in mind when you are trying on rings. Do not try on a ring if your hands are cold because your fingers may be up to half a size smaller. A ring should fit snugly on your finger but still be loose enough to remove without too much tugging.

Classic-length necklaces - 46 cm (18-inch) - are our most popular style. They fall just below the neck and slightly lower if a pendant is attached.
Our longer opera-length necklaces are a versatile alternative. They tend to be between 99 cm and 109 cm (39 inches and 43 inches) and are designed to fall just below the bust.
If you would prefer a different length chain, we are happy to provide one if requested.
Our bracelets measure an average 18 cm (7-inches). We are able to shorten most bracelets for the perfect fit, but lengthening can be more difficult. Lengthening bracelets depends on the construction of the links, and may require us to make a new bracelet. Please contact us to find out more about our free alteration service.
If the jewellery you have purchased is not a perfect fit, we are happy to exchange any unworn item for a different size in store. We offer a free returns and exchange policy for items bought online. Details will be enclosed with delivery, or read about them here.
Representing purity of heart the striking flowers of the Water Lily are captured in a very classical and symmetrical design.
Two flowers are created using three marquise diamonds and the two sides face each other without touching, as if floating on water. The design has a simple beauty and the symmetry creates a sense of calm and serenity.
How to use our website
If you have found the perfect piece, you can make your buying selection at any time – just click on add to bag and follow the instructions (or enquire if is it a particularly special item). On request, we can alter the length of most of our pendant chains or bracelets. Our rings are available in a variety of sizes, many of which can be resized by our craftsmen to ensure the perfect fit. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide for more information.
We accept all major debit and credit cards or you can send us your payment by bank transfer, details of which can be found in our payment section. American Express may seek authorisation directly from you before authorising your payment. All our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate.
Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. After checking we have the right piece in the correct size, we will contact you again, normally within 24 hours, to confirm your order and advise you about the expected delivery date.

Alternatively, visit a local jeweller and ask if they might be kind enough to size your finger for you.
How to measure a ring you already own
If you already own a ring that fits comfortably on your finger, you can calculate your size at home. Carefully measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres, then match it to the corresponding size on the conversion chart below. If it falls between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two. For rings with an especially thick band, which feel tighter than those with thin bands, we recommend ordering a ring that is a whole size larger than your normal ring size.
International ring sizes
Other countries label their ring sizes differently. Please refer to our chart to find out your Boodles ring size.
All our deliveries within the UK and Channel Islands are free of charge, and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. We use a premium overnight service as standard. Delivery is subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days.

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely. Deliveries within the UK will normally arrive 24 hours after despatch during the working week. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.
Your order will require a signature on delivery. Please inform us of preferred delivery times to ensure you will be available to receive your parcel. We always welcome feedback from our customers, so please let us know you are happy with your purchase or if there is anything we can do to make the process easier for you in the future.
We are confident you will love your Boodles jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge).
You will need to call us on +44(0)20 7493 3240, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Boodles box. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved at your request.
For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Boodles. Therefore, on receipt of your returns, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes this.

The Boodles service – your questions answered
Our service doesn’t stop once you have completed your purchase – we offer a free cleaning service for all our jewellery, simply call into any of our stores and we will arrange this for you. (Unfortunately, we are unable to polish white gold jewellery. However, this can be done in one of our workshops by an expert craftsman – please enquire about charges for this.)
You will receive a valuation for insurance when you first buy your item, and we advise you to have this updated by us once every two years in order to reflect changes in precious metal and gemstone prices. This service is, of course, free of charge.
Please let us know if you would like us to remind you of important dates, such as your partner’s birthday, or even your anniversary. We will try to suggest suitable items well in advance, to make the day extra special.
