Delivery
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver in 1-3 days after the order is placed. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods. Please also allow extra time for ring sizing. For international deliveries outside of the UK, please expect to receive your order in 3-20 days, depending on customs.
Alternative Delivery Address
You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely. For security, if payment has been taken over the phone, delivery would need to be to the billing address.
Further Information
Customer protection is important to us, therefore orders may be subject to security checks. This may cause a slight delay in the processing of some orders. We may need to contact you to carry out security checks - if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order. We are happy to arrange free delivery to the following countries:

All prices on our website and our brochures are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include value added tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate. You can also shop in Euros and US Dollars.

As soon as we have confirmation that your piece of jewellery has been collected we will get in touch with you to advise an estimated delivery date. Please note that any delivery times given can only be approximate and will depend on availability of courier services and customs clearance at the point of import. Complimentary Insurance
At Boodles, we want you to enjoy your new jewellery with complete confidence. That’s why we provide complimentary insurance for UK customers 14 days after purchase — whether you shop in our showrooms or online. For in-store purchases, cover begins on the day you take your jewellery home. For online orders, your 14 days of cover starts from the day you receive your piece, as Boodles insurance also protects your purchase during delivery.
