How to use our website
We have done our best to make navigating around the Boodles website as easy as possible. You can view our products by collections, by products, by price or by gemstone. Alternatively, try our search facility at the top of the screen to make your choice. Whether it is a bracelet or an engagement ring you are looking for, please click on the appropriate link and then narrow your selection further if you prefer.

The majority of our products are included on the site, but if you can’t find a particular item online or in store, please contact us for further details. We would be delighted to help, and a quick conversation will often help to smooth things along. Furthermore, should you wish to visit one of our stores for a viewing, we can make a booking for you and ensure your items of choice are ready for you on the day.

If you have found the perfect piece, you can make your buying selection at any time – just click on 'add to bag' and follow the instructions. On request, we can alter the length of most of our pendant chains or bracelets. Our rings are available in a variety of sizes, many of which can be resized by our craftsmen to ensure the perfect fit. We accept all major debit and credit cards or you can send us your payment by bank transfer, details of which can be found in our payment section. American Express may seek authorisation directly from you before authorising your payment. Please be assured that we will be here for you every step of the way to make your buying experience as smooth as possible. All our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the current rate. For all international sales outside of the European Union, the VAT will be removed at the point of sale.
Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. After checking we have the right item of jewellery in the correct size, we will contact you again, normally within 24 hours, to confirm your order and advise you of the expected delivery date.
All deliveries within the UK and Ireland are free of charge, and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible. We use a premium overnight courier service as standard. As soon as we have arranged delivery and your item has been collected from us, we will forward your parcel tracking number so that you can monitor its progress at any time.

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely. Deliveries within the UK will normally arrive 24 hours after despatch during the working week (please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas period).
Your order will require a signature on delivery. Please inform us of preferred delivery times to ensure you will be available to receive your parcel. We always welcome feedback from our customers, so please let us know you are happy with your purchase, or if there is anything we can do to make the process easier for you in the future.
We are confident you will love your Boodles jewellery, but if you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within seven days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge).
Please call us on +44(0)20 7493 3240, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved at your request.
For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Boodles. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take five to seven working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes the changes.

The Boodles service
Our service doesn’t stop once you have completed your purchase – we see it as the beginning of a relationship and we will be here to help you for many years to come. We offer a free cleaning service for all our jewellery. Simply call into any of our stores and we will arrange this for you.
You will receive a valuation for insurance when you first buy your item, and we advise you to have this updated by us once every two years in order to reflect changes in precious metal and gemstone prices. This service is, of course, free of charge.
Please let us know if you would like us to remind you of important dates, such as your partner’s birthday, or even your anniversary! We will try to suggest suitable items well in advance, to make the day extra special.
Secure online shopping
We want to make sure that our website is as safe as possible for you to use. We take security seriously and use industry standard technologies such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect sensitive information passed between you and the website. The use of SSL ensures your name and address are encrypted when submitting an online order form. You will notice the company logo shown on the address bar of your browser and by clicking on this, a window will be shown that verifies the website credentials and the 128-bit encryption that is in use.
Although no credit card details are stored on the website servers they are nonetheless hosted in a secure environment that is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Credit card transactions are dealt with by Barclaycard ePDQ hosted by Barclaycard directly themselves so no credit card details pass through the website.
The website servers are located in the UK and all information captured during the purchase process are stored within the UK and processed by Boodles staff in the UK.
Once you have reached our payment section you will be re-routed to Barclays’ secure payment page, which uses Triple A Secure or Verified by Visa – an authentication process that works a little like the chip and pin on your card. If you have previously used this facility, it will ask you for a password to complete your purchase. If this is your first time, please complete a quick and simple registration process before finalising your order.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not keep a record of your payment details. We, and our dedicated partners, will only use your personal details to provide you with the service you deserve. For security reasons, we may have to pass your contact telephone number and/or email address on to our courier service – this is purely so our agent can contact you for a speedy delivery and, if appropriate, customs clearance.
